She offered 3 months of staging at her expense. An excellent team of support personnel from Iannone Group and Compass Realty are also part of the deal. She manages. She does not micromanage. Once the house was listed is when Mindy really went to work. She was at the house before showings, making sure it was ready. She kept in touch with the realtors who showed my home, and shared when she felt we could make improvements. Once the house was under contract, Mindy made certain that inspection items were fixed to her satisfaction by attending and supervising them. Mindy really worked for me and to get my house sold.
